In 2019, whilst managing a business with 100 staff across multiple locations and countries, I introduced EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System). EOS® helped us establish the right structure, so we could not only navigate the many ups and downs, but also scale without running ourselves to the ground, and subsequently attract a buyer.
