“One of the toughest things you can do as a leader is some intense self-reflection. When the company isn’t moving in the direction you want it to, you need to be able to take a good, hard look at yourself. It takes an army and a system. With EOS®, you can figure that out before it even becomes an issue. With the right people in the right seats (including yourself), you’ll find that you have the freedom you need to truly BE the Visionary and lead the company better.”
Have You Looked in the Mirror Recently?
“At 3-6M, I managed, but as we grew to $16M with 100 employees, it was overwhelming. When I think back 3-years ago when we started on EOS®, I was stressed, I didn’t sleep well, everything was my fault. EOS® showed me how to let go. It helped me find the right people and put them into the right positions. EOS® gave me the framework to scale.”

“Our growth was flat for years, with meetings focused on past reports and only minutes on future strategy. Gino’s advice to focus on the ‘windshield, not the rearview mirror’ changed everything. EOS® sparked the transformation, doubling our revenue. Look forwards, not backwards. We now put EOS® into all our businesses.”

Each company operates with its own set of rules, processes, and norms. Yet, lacking a well-defined system can result in disparate approaches and unclear priorities, ultimately leading to frustrations and suboptimal outcomes. With a shared system in place, there’s no need to waste time reinventing the wheel—just streamlined operations and a united team ensue. As Doug Lipp aptly puts it, the aim is to “systemise the predictable, so you can humanise the exceptional.”
EOS®, or the Entrepreneurial Operating System, is a proven business management system used by over 257,000 companies. It comes with practical tools that strengthen six key areas of your business, fostering clarity, communication, focus, team alignment and accountability. It smooths out the entrepreneurial journey, reducing stress. People find their ideal roles and flourish within the company. This enhances productivity, profitability and growth and makes it easier to scale.
Ask yourself if you are struggling with any of the common frustrations that EOS® helps with:
Companies of all sizes and industries can benefit from using EOS®, but it is particularly effective for small to mid-sized businesses with 10-300 employees. EOS® is best suited to owners and leadership teams who are open minded, honest, appreciative, growth oriented and wanting help.
The EOS® implementation process begins with a free 90-minute session to introduce the EOS® model and toolboxTM. You’ll integrate five essential tools into your business for a solid foundation and set 90-day priorities for immediate traction. A 2-day Vision Building session clarifies and accelerates goals, aligning everyone’s efforts. Quarterly and annual planning sessions keep you on track, addressing any issues and enhancing team health.
Typically, traction begins within the first month of implementation. While mastery is an ongoing journey, most companies fully integrate EOS® into their DNA and culture within two years. This ensures the EOS® implementor can step back, allowing your organisation to thrive autonomously.
In a dynamic business environment, adopting an agile operating system such as EOS® ensures quick adaptation to changes. It optimises “right people right seats” for effective navigation of challenges and opportunities, enhancing overall resilience.
Costs depend on your chosen implementation method. When working with a Professional EOS® implementer, you will begin with a complimentary 90-minute session to explore the best option for your needs. Rest assured, we offer a performance guarantee, meaning zero risk for you. If you don’t perceive the value, you won’t pay—no questions asked and no contracts to bind you.
